The 30-day system · 45 pages
That gap isn’t weak iman. It’s four specific gaps in your week — and nothing you’ve been told to do has ever gone looking for them.
The Tawakkul Reset closes all four. One page a day. About eight minutes. Thirty days.

You already believe it. That was never the missing piece. So here is what’s actually happening instead — worry has four places to hide, and nothing in your week has ever gone looking.
The four gaps
01 · It stays in your head.
So it stays a blur. You can’t hand over, sort, or act on a blur.
02 · It never gets sorted.
So you spend the energy of an action on things that never had one available.
03 · It has no closing time.
So it takes every hour you’ll give it. And you’ve been giving it all of them.
04 · It never gets checked.
So you never find out how little of it actually arrives. The fear stays undefeated because it’s never been tested.
Four gaps. The four things you do each day close one each. That’s the entire design — and it’s why this is a practice, not a book you read once.
1 · Dump. Two minutes. Every worry in your head, onto paper. Messy is fine.
2 · Sort. Next to each one: MINE or HIS. Nothing else.
3 · Hand over. At one prayer you pick. Out loud. The HIS list goes to Allah. The MINE list gets done.
4 · Score. One number, 1–5. How loud was it today?
Week 1 — Get it out of your head. You can’t hand over a blur. You write it down and split it in two.
Week 2 — Put it down at a fixed time. You hook the handover onto one prayer you already pray, and say it out loud.
Week 3 — Carry only today. The four-word filter — and on Day 17, your own numbers.
Week 4 — Ask differently. Most of the silence you’ve felt after du’a is a counting problem. You widen what counts as an answer.
Days 29–30 — Make it permanent. You write the page you’ll open on the night it all comes back.
On Day 17 you get out Week One’s pages and mark every worry you wrote: HAPPENED, DIDN’T HAPPEN, or STILL OPEN. Then you count.
You have never once audited your own worry. Nobody has. Which is exactly why the feeling that it’s all urgent and likely has survived this long — it has never been tested against your own record.
This isn’t me telling you most worry never arrives. It’s you finding out, in your own handwriting, with your own number.
✓ 30 daily pages. Each one: the day in a single line, what’s going on, numbered steps, one thing to write, and a verified verse.
✓ The printable daily planner — plus a filled-in example, so you can see exactly what a finished day looks like.
✓ Four weekly reviews. Your seven scores, four questions specific to that week’s skill, and one change for the next.
✓ The worry ledger — the Day 17 and Day 28 count.
✓ Your emergency page (Day 29) — written while you can think, for the night you can’t.
✓ BONUS — The 2am Kit. A cut-out card for beside your bed with the five night steps and three verses on it — and a page you can hand to whoever is lying next to you, telling them what actually helps and what makes it worse.
✓ Every reference verified against quran.com and sunnah.com, with a sources page listing all 17 so you can check them yourself.
It won’t remove the hardship, and it won’t make you feel nothing. Neither of those was ever the promise — not here, and not in the Qur’an. Musa (as) felt fear standing in front of the thing he’d been sent to do.
What changes is that the fear stops running the day.

🛡️ The 30-day guarantee
Follow the guide for 30 days. If it didn’t help you at all, email me and I’ll refund every cent. No questions asked.
You keep the guide either way. If it didn’t work for you, I’d rather you have your money back than a file you resent.
✓ You believe Allah is in control, and the worry runs anyway.
✓ You’ve heard tawakkul explained a hundred times and it hasn’t changed your nights.
✓ You’ll actually do eight minutes a day for a month.
✗ Not for you if you want something to read and not do. This is a practice.
✗ And if what you’re carrying has taken your sleep, your appetite, or your ability to work — please see a doctor. This is a companion to real help, never a replacement for it.
How do I get it?
Instant download after checkout. No account, no waiting.
Do I need to print it?
No. It reads fine on a phone. But the planner and the 2am Card are built to be printed, and most people get more out of it on paper.
Is this therapy?
No. It’s a faith-based practice for worry, built on the Qur’an and Sunnah. It is not medical advice and doesn’t replace a doctor or a scholar.
What if I miss a day?
Nothing happens. That rule is on page three, before you need it. A missed day resets nothing — you pick up the next day on the day you were on.
Are the verses checked?
Every one. Qur’an translations are Saheeh International, verified against quran.com; hadith verified against sunnah.com, with grading noted. The full sources page is inside the book.
Thirty days from now, you’ll have your own number.
